And one was riding a pale horse called death….
Their world crumbled. The cities exploded. A whirlwind of looting, a firestorm of fear. Men began to feed on men. On the roads it was a white line nightmare. Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice.
This is probably going to turn into a ramble on rant.
Perhaps being out in the middle of nowhere where I have to wait in line 15-20 minutes to fill up my car at $4/gallon I think of things more along the lines of “HOLY CRAP” and “WERE ALL GONNA DIE” The reasons are not for a lack of fuel but a lack of fuel stations. There is 1 gas station that is open when I get home from work or when I go in to work in the morning, where there used to be 3.
Not only that but some jerk wad has decided to start stealing crap in my town. Everyone knows who is doing it we just cant prove it in a court of law. I cant prove it yet but I think they may be siphoning gas out of peoples cars. At least they didn’t take anything when they broke into my garage the other night. With the current economic climate any minor infraction may be cause for alarm when some dirt bag criminal will kill you for fuel.
Mrs Brady and the rest of HCI and their campaign to end gun violence, really need to find something better to do. Because as a free law abiding citizen of the USA I have two options due to the lack of services in 80% of the country. I know what you are thinking call the police they will help you. That is where it gets difficult; in a city if you can hold out for a minute or two hiding in your closet waiting for the police you may be ok. Where as out here you will end up dead because the deputies are only a half an hour or an hour away. So that leaves 2 options either let some dirt bag kill you and your kid, rape your wife and then take what they want in the 30-60 minutes for the deputy,to show up singular, one not 30-40 police officers with a swat team. Or you can kill them first.
After all England is the gold standard when it comes to gun control. They have laws that actually make it a crime for you to defend yourself and have stripped away the tools to defend your self. Like this family here

Farmer’s wife dies in diesel raid
A farmer’s wife died and her son was badly injured after a raider tried to steal fuel at a County Durham farm.
Police said William and Rosemary Dove saw a man taking red diesel from a pump at East House Farm in Bishop Middleham, near Sedgefield, on Sunday night.
Mr Dove and son James gave chase to a nearby field, where the younger man was hit by the getaway vehicle.
Mrs Dove, 68, who had returned to the farmhouse to dial 999, was later found collapsed, and subsequently died.
James Dove was taken to the University Hospital of North Tees in Stockton, where his injuries are described as non-life threatening.
Mr and Mrs Dove had spotted the thief at about 2030 BST after returning from an agricultural show in Scotland.
Rosemary Dove ran to dial 999, while the two men jumped into another vehicle and gave chase.
They were joined by relatives from a nearby farm, who also drove after the raider, and the group cornered the silver Mitsubishi pick-up style truck in a field.

The couple had returned to their home from an agricultural show in ScotlandJames Dove, aged in his mid-40s, got out of his vehicle to approach but was knocked into a ditch as the pick-up broke through the cordon.
Ch Insp Paul Harker said the truck, which “crashed out of the field”, had not been traced by police.
He said: “At this stage it is not clear exactly how many people were in the pick-up.
“We urgently need any help that will lead us to those involved in this tragic series of events that has left the Dove family absolutely devastated.”
Mrs Dove is believed to have been alone when she collapsed, and was pronounced dead after paramedics were called to the scene.
The raider is described as white, aged between 20 and 30, of muscular build with short dark-brown hair. He was wearing a checked shirt.
Police also want to trace the pick-up truck, which had a distinctive amber lighting bar on the roof.
Don’t you just love how the Government controlled BBC spins that. She collapsed, which is a cheerful way of softening the mental image of being beaten to death by thieves in your own home. Across the pond there are also accounts of truckers that have ran out of petrol attacking trucks that are still moving to steal their fuel and cargo. I have to say that my faith in humanity is completely gone.
My advise buy soup and a shotgun you are going to need both.

Good morning to you too! The part that bothers me the most is that you said a few years ago that people would start fighting over gas, I didn’t think that it would happen so soon.
