Carl Orff’s arrangement for the 12th century latin poem O fortuna has got to be one of my favorite movements of music, Seconded only to Wagners Die Walküre from Der Ring des Nibelungen.

So work was having a little drawing for the employees as they sponsor the MU concert series needless to say I won again. Steph and I are going to see Carmina Burana on the 25th. I am excited as Jessie Hall has pretty good acoustics, Sure Jessie is no Powell Symphony hall but it does all right for this little hick burg in the middle of nowhere. That is right I just called Columbia an uncultured backward hick town. But I digress. So enjoy O’Fortuna and sing along with some Latin Karaoke

Hey remember the lyrics to the “New National Anthem” I posted yesterday. Well here is the techno dance mix of the tune. Figure were screwed anyway may as well party.

That is right this country is on its way to becoming the new USSR with Socialized Healthcare, Socialized Indoctrination, Socialized food distribution, socialized Retirement, and secret police. OH SHIT GUESS WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE THAT With Medicare, Public Schools, NAFTA, Social Security and the FISA courts. The bottom 1/3 of our country is already under the communist influence and is rallying behind a new USSR, United States Socialist Republic.

To be frank people honestly we are fucked…But at leas the tune is pretty catchy
